2-Man Team Sorting
    RULES

  • 10 young heifers or steers in a 50' round pen.

  • Numbers on their sides or Necks are 0-9.

  • A second 50' round pen is attached to the first one.

  • There is a 12' opening between the two pens.

  • 2  Riders make up a Sorting Team.

  • The announcer calls a random number out 0-9.

  • One of the team members goes in and sorts that
number cow out of the herd and the team moves
that cow to the other pen through the 12' opening.

  • They must move the next numbered cow in order,
one by one from the starting pen to the attached
pen until all numbered cows are moved in order.
